UT’s Panhellenic system is planning to limit the number of alumnae allowed in the village on Bid Night due to access issues. Plans for a different way of introducing our New Members to alumnae will be announced later this summer.

To access or learn more about letters of recommendation please go to-

All young women must have a RIF on file with the active chapter to be invited to an invitational round!  Letters of support to ACCOMPANY the RIF are welcomed and encouraged.

Rush Information Form (RIF)

Alums may submit RIFs online via the Chi Omega National Website.
Simply log in to the Alumnae section of the website and fill out your RIF. It will automatically send it to all the correct people (ARIC and local chapter representatives.) THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF RIF SUBMITTAL FOR PI CHAPTER.

The RIF deadline for Pi chapter is June 30th for mailed RIF’s and July 5th for RIFs that are submitted online.

RIFs must be sent to the Area Recruitment Interest Chair (ARIC) for the area the young woman is FROM.  One signature is required on the RIF, the second signature MUST be the ARIC for the RIF to be valid. IF there is NOT an ARIC for the area, RIFs require two alum signatures and can be mailed directly to the chapter.

Letters can be sent either to the ARIC for the young woman’s town OR can be mailed directly to Pi Chapter. The Chi Omega house is closed during the summer to our actives. If sending to the chapter, please send to:
